We offer to your attention two interesting
scene's resources:
A recently formed international association
Freedom
has found its site. There you can look at the history
of groups forming the association, photos and current
news. But the most interesting is the fact that you
can download the newest Freedom's releases from the
Products
corner, e. g. up-to-date versions of Burial GFX Editor
and HRIP archiver.
The links corner is also good enough,
with short but useful comments there.
The second one is the absolutely new site
of the 7 Gods crew from Slovakia, which had been
completely made using the Macromedia Flash technology.
Its design and content won't make you bored, surely!
Besides historical information about the
crew and their projects, you can enjoy the pictures
of antique gods and complete your education in the eternal
"What is the demoscene?"
question.
The following two sites have no right
connection with Speccy but are also worth checking:
NoCopy?
- this is a huge collection of ripped graphics. Here
you can see thumbnails of a well-known scene's pictures.
To view the original of the rip just click on the thumbnail.
At the site of the Digital
Excess you can look
at the "Art That Isn't" project, but
all graphics belong to C64 platform. Strange,
but sometimes a copy is much better than an original.
It's possible to make a resource of a
ripped spectrum graphics. We all know what Speccy has
a plenty of such stuff!
