Deja Vu #0A review

"From deep maining of siberia..." We have a Deja Vu a time per year! It is just a miracle but not a normal situation. The publishing, buried by even the most optimistic speccymen, has a new issue again! And it is after practicaly a year of lull, and cnvulsively-colapsive Deja Vu XX... It's realy excellent occasion to believe in not fading of old speccymen energy.

New issue, of cause, begins from intro. This time it looks like cracktro much less and, I'd say, it's made at deserving level. Skilled made b&w intro and background screen only increase good impression. The author of both is ZSV/MIU/CTL - got the first place on CC'000 not for nothing, he is able and like painting.

So, actualy, the Deja Vu, - behind us, as it is. Interface and form, visualy not changed, radicaly changed inside. Visualy animation in text is realy nice to see. Moreover, because algorithm realization universality of authors easyly use 2-bitplane gfx. That is realy for the first time...

Content is different. There are wholy 50 articles with the most different content and size. As for me, I was interested by two material: "RUSSIAN ZX" - the modest attampt to catalogue Spectrum cloneing stages in our country and "DITHERING #02" - valueable ideas mixed with explaning code pices. All the other I've read very hardly.

Classic DEMOSCENE review, like any other materials by Daniel, are absent. It's a pitty but ot is so - Daniel had no free time (or wish) to make his contribution to Deja Vu #0A.

There is 42 music modul of both famous and regular authors - Davos/HS/CPU, Mitchell & Dj.Z/HWC, and beginers in the work - Vika Morozova, Sayman, Slip, Ra/Excess Team. I'd give an advice to two the last authors to work more with content of their work, because even my undemanding ear "very hardly" listens their tracks. The music saving to disk didn't forseed, so thows who like to rip a sound before magazine reading will find what to do (I'm already seeing Mmcm, "sharpened" his Alasm and Sts).

Wholy the magazine is much weeker than the last. Althought, it is by my own yardstick. But judging by standart so-called "speccyman of 21st century" yardstick Deja Vu is simple treasure of the most valueable information. It's so, and thank God, because the user format is the format which aimed at the magazine.

Look at the disk's catalogue. Available the made free last Born Dead issue ideas. I want belive that Goblin/BMZ/x7m will make a catalogue editor so everyone will be able to do somthing like this.
